Adrian Stanca
President, Laboratory Director adrian.stanca@proscience.net
Oversees all aspects of laboratory operations including QA/QC programs, federal and state accreditations, proficiency testing programs from NVLAP, ELAP-NY, AIHA etc. Responsible also with sales and marketing of the laboratory sevices and client maintenance as well as financials performance of the laboratory. Areas of expertise includes PLM, TEM and PCM analyses.
Valerica Stanca
Laboratory Manager, PLMvalerica.stanca@proscience.net
Oversees the daily operations of the PLM laboratory including QA/QC programs, sample analyses according to NVLAP requirements. Also responsible with bulk analyses using the NY State NOB method as well as air samples using NIOSH 7400 method. Her duties include also equipment calibration and maintenance and administrative duties such as log in and report generating.
Vlad Stanca
Laboratory Manager, TEM
Oversees the TEM department daily operations. Develops and implements Standard operating Procedures and QA/QC programs, maintains Laboratory records and equipment, analyses sample and prepares final reports, responsible with laboratory accreditation and participation in required proficiency testing programs as well as training new analysts. Responsible also with technical support for clients and general client maintenance.
Stephen Chace
Lab Director - Chemistry and QA Officer
Oversees the daily operations of the Lead Laboratory, including the QA/QC programs and sample analysis according with the regulatory requirements. Also responsible with Proficiency Testing and Lead Laboratory certifications. Other duties also include equipment maintenance and administrative duties.
Michael Manning
Senior Laboratory Analyst
Performs Bulk Asbestos Analysis Using Polarized Light Microscopy and Air samples analysis using Phase Contrast Microscopy. Mr. Manning is an analyst with over six years of analytical and managerial experience. He is familiar with all aspects of the PLM and PCM analysis and QA/QC procedures. He is also familiar with the Analysis of Non-friable Organically Bound Materials, NY, ELAP method.
